Conversion of land from agricultural to non-agricultural (NA) status, with more than 7,000 acres converted to date. We secure Section 109 approvals and every other clearance a project needs, across Revenue, Panchayats, the Energy Department and all other statutory departments.

Resolving right-of-way and transmission line issues when laying high-tension (HT) lines, along with matters at KPTCL (Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited), the ESCOMs (Electricity Supply Companies) and other departments.
