Established in 2010, Sunlite Infrastructure provides end-to-end consulting, contracting and regulatory approval services, along with bulk land acquisition and aggregation, for large-scale renewable energy companies and multinational corporations.

We specialise in securing the critical documentation and approvals that make land project-ready. We have converted more than 7,000 acres from agricultural to non-agricultural status and secured approvals for over 1,200 MW of utility-scale solar and wind projects for leading developers including ReNew, CleanMax and Aditya Birla Renewables. Our in-house due diligence keeps every acquisition smooth, transparent and time-efficient.

We work across all statutory departments, from Revenue and Panchayats to KPTCL (Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited) and the ESCOMs (Electricity Supply Companies), and we help shape the policy behind them. Government agencies, including KREDL (Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Limited) and the Industries & Commerce Department, have invited us to advise on land reforms and industry policy.
